*** The reduced (additional) registration
fee for workshops is reserved for participants registered in any category
in
the previous table (ACM/SIGWEB Member, Full or Student)
Important:
Each DocEng paper must have at least one non-Student registration
for it to be presented at DocEng 2014 and be published in the DocEng 2014 Proceedings. As long as one of the authors of the paper registers as either an
ACM/SIGWEB Member or a Non-Member, then any student author(s) can register at
student pricing. However, if a student author is the sole DocEng 2014 attendee
for that paper, or if all the paper authors are students, then that student must
register as either an ACM/SIGWEB Member or Non-Member.
Each workshop
paper must have at least one workshop registration (of either category) to be
presented at the
workshop.
Refunds
At least one author for each accepted paper must register for the Symposium by the final camera-ready copy deadline (8 August 2014) and attend the Symposium in person in order to present the paper. Papers for non-attending, non-presenting authors may be withdrawn from the ACM Digital Library based on the decision of the Symposium officials. Refunds of registrations in the above cases are not possible.
All other registrations (not essential for papers to appear in the proceedings) can be cancelled. If cancelled on or before 8 August 2014, 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
After that date no refund is possible
.
